Convert from EMFP_DEBUG to SAL_INFO

* Change to SAL_INFO instead of EMFP_DEBUG in implrenderer.cxx
* Add new log area cppcanvas.emf
* Update comment in log.hxx to reference the new location of log-areas.dox
