tdf#101181: unit test for glow attributes in ODF
Tests loext:glow,
loext:glow-radius,
loext:glow-color,
loext:glow-transparency
There's original decision to keep EMUs in GlowEffectRad property,
which makes this to be stored as hundreds of cm in ODF. I suppose
we should change this in a follow-up to use mm100s instead.
