tdf#42949 Fix IWYU warnings in chart2/source/inc/[l-z]*

Found with bin/find-unneeded-includes
Only removal proposals are dealt with here.
Some only-recently analyzed files were cleaned.
Also tried harder to use more fw decls instead of blacklisting
