gbuild: add BUILDTOOLTRACE to debug build tools more easily
Can be set like the CPPUNITTRACE variable to run build tools in gdb when
they crash, like so (but beware that it will run _every_ build tool in
gdb...):
make PARALLELISM=1 BUILDTOOLTRACE="gdb --args"
