swunolocking1: #i108161#: WeakReferenceHelper:
Apple g++ 4.0.1 erroneously believes that it is ambiguous to use
WeakReference<XInterface>::operator=(Reference<XInterface>).
as a workaround, introduce WeakReferenceHelper::clear(), and fix all users.
