Update git submodules

* Update dictionaries from branch 'libreoffice-24-8'
to adbbc9e9850d609371810fe91054760d878982a3
- tdf#164366: fix wrong REP count in mongolian .aff file

Commit d169602 broke parsing of this file by the lucene hunspell
support, because now a `REP 3619` is followed by 3621 REP rules.

Fix the count to be correct.
