Fix clipped line renderer.
Fix for a nasty corner case where supposedly clipped pixel were
still rasterized (see polytest.cxx:implTestPolyDrawClip for what
failed previously).
Added much more unit tests while at it, clippedlinerenderer.hxx
should now have 100% coverage.
