Update git submodules

- Revert "Update Clac Tools menu with Forms submenu"

This reverts commit 31f0c48d3bc30742d49af32ac9686d71f8aa7215, because
it broke the build, presumably because it forgot to add
helpcontent2/source/text/shared/menu/forms.xhp as a new file.
