icon-themes compression 2019 - Sifr (1).

Icons compressed by lossless optimization of PNG files.
Image format was restricted to RGBA which limits savings.
(Caolán states non-RGBA formats impact quartz/svp/gtk3 decoding speed).

Sifr theme (Part 1):
TOTAL Saved ~36 kb, ~20% reduction.

- /avmedia (2 files): Saved 199 bytes, ~15% reduction.
- /chart2 (135 files): Saved 9,452 bytes, ~10% reduction.
- /dbaccess (7 files): Saved 729 bytes, ~35% reduction.
- /desktop (6 files): Saved 643 bytes, ~33% reduction.
- /extensions (6 files): Saved 743 bytes, ~34% reduction.
- /formula (3 files): Saved 225 bytes, ~40% reduction.
- /framework (4 files): Saved 602 bytes, ~26% reduction.
- /reportdesign (1 files): Saved 3 bytes, ~1% reduction.
- /res (40 files): Saved 4,460 bytes, ~26% reduction.
- /sc (38 files): Saved 3,436 bytes, ~39% reduction.
- /sfx2 (33 files): Saved 2,330 bytes, ~19% reduction.
- /svtools (2 files): Saved 0 bytes, no reduction.
- /svx (54 files): Saved 4,473 bytes, ~30% reduction.
- /sw (54 files): Saved 7,658 bytes, ~46% reduction.
- /vcl (6 files): Saved 996 bytes, ~25% reduction.
- /wizards (7 files): Saved 512 bytes, ~34% reduction.
- /xmlsecurity (4 files): Saved 608 bytes, ~23% reduction.
