tdf#165354 sw HyphenationKeepLine: fix 3-page or longer paragraphs
Fix layout of 3 or more page long paragraphs (when the third or
more pages start with a hyphenated line) by removing an obsolete/broken
limitation (detection of shifting the entire hyphenated line, when
HyphenationKeepLine is false).
Add more unit tests for long paragraph.
Follow-up to commit e79e12484f5a7ec20e48233a2b5b60d7bd8b54ab
"tdf#165354 sw: fix frame update (HyphenationKeepLine – part 4)".
