tdf#133835 speedup calc autofilter (9)
Remove the temporary buffer in INetURLObject::setAbsURIRef, and just write directly to the main buffer. This is a behaviour change since we are "committing" bad data to the buffer if the URL is incorrect, but since it that case we set the whole object to be invalid, that should not matter.
