Remove noop
IsTableNode() is true when m_pTableCursor is not nullptr.
So, GetCursor() is only called when it is nullptr.
In turn, GetCursor() only does something if m_pTableCursor is not nullptr.
This is so from the beginning (commit 84a3db80 from 2000 already has it).
