tdf#158977: remove obsolete rtfexport testFdo44174

Some unit tests were changed or disabled with
tdf#136472 adjust ooxml import to handle first header/footer

This unit test is basically the same file as rtfexport2's fdo44176.rtf
except that one actually has two pages, while this one SAYS
it has two pages but only actually has one.

Nor are there any headers or footers involved,
so it is a completely pointless test.
