tdf#120734 Increase max lookup value to 10.000

Writer stops analyzing text attributes when the selection
has more paragraphs than this max lookup value.
Increase this value to 10.000 as it's quite possible to have
longer texts with more than 1.000 paragraphs with the same style.

This also fixes tdf#112800.
