[API CHANGE] remove BasicImport UNO interfaces
which are unused since
commit 4e97fa0f4e73acdf522643aeec486b1395e63727

use fast-parser APIs for embedded script parsing
and highly unlikely to be externally used since they parse document
internal script code.
