implement OUString::endsWithIgnoreAsciiCase()
match() has matchIgnoreAsciiCase(), so it makes sense that endsWith()
also has the IgnoreAsciiCase variant, especially given there already is
endsWithIgnoreAsciiCaseAsciiL()
