tdf#42949 Fix IWYU warnings in sc/inc; sc/source/filter/inc/

Found with bin/find-unneeded-includes after recent improvements
- remove UNO headers from blacklist
- remove newly found unneeded fw declarations
- fix up some not self contained headers
