remove RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM in OStringBuffer constructor
Convert code like:
OStringBuffer aKeyName(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM("NDX"));
to:
OStringBuffer aKeyName("NDX");
which compiles down to the same code
