Add "f" suffix to literals of type float
...to avoid
> error CS0266: Cannot implicitly convert type 'double' to 'float'. An explicit conversion exists (are you missing a cast?)
(as would e.g. happen if offapi/org/libreoffice/embindtest/Constants.idl were
included in regular builds)
