Remove now unused libgetuid.so
Some scripts in which it was used have been removed (commit e1082e45361a92a31adedcc3ed0a35c704bca543) and the more reliable 'fakeroot' is now in use at all other places where libgetuid.so was previously used (s. tdf#115554).
