remove unnecessary RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM in OString::equalsIgnoreAsciiL
Convert code like:
aStr.equalsIgnoreAsciiCaseL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM("XGRAD_SEQ_BEGIN"))
to:
aStr.equalsIgnoreAsciiCase("XGRAD_SEQ_BEGIN")
which compiles down to the same code.
