ScriptForge - Upgrade to version 25.8 HEADmaster

Hard-coded version numbers are modified
from 25.2 to 25.8.

Many changes in po files due to the alphabetical
sequence of keys after the introduction of the
new "case-sensitive" keys feature.
Before this the dict.Keys() method delivered
the keys as an array in the order of creation.

No effect on actual user scripts.
