Multiple typo fixes, small code changes
* Corrected spelling errors in comments
* In accpara.cxx, SwAccessibleParagraph::_getRunAttributesImpl had the
if statement commented out, but the scope block remained... minor in
the grand scheme of things, but messy code
* Some unused commented out code removed
