Hack on the iOS vcl code
Attempt to make some more complex documents render OK.
Stop using SvpSalVirtualDevice on iOS. Use AquaSalVirtualDevice in all
cases. Do use a CGLayer (the AquaSalVirtualDevice::mxLayer field)
after all, like on OS X.
