drop operator bool and operator! from Bitmap and BitmapEx
IRC chat:

has the same problem as Graphic and the reason why you dropped that

operator! in favor of IsEmpty

remembered we dropped it Graphic :) sure, dropping everything for
IsEmpty is probably the best
