sal_uIntPtr->sal_uInt32 inSalClipRegion::BeginSetClipRegion
sal_uInt32 seems reasonable given that this is the number of rectanges
in an image.
And then convert all of the other BeginSetClipRegion methods to use
sal_uInt32 too.
