gbuild: remove gb_CFLAGS/gb_CXXFLAGS += -fno-omit-frame-pointer
This did not take effect anyway because unxgcc.mk unconditionally
overwrites it; see
https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2016-September/075218.html
Nobody knows why it was added so just remove it.
