#i108468#: clean up xmluconv code duplication, DateTime edition:
remove duplicate methods from SvXMLUnitConverter:
convertTime (all variants), convertDateTime (DateTime variants),
convertTimeDuration.
move convertAny from SvXMLUnitConverter to sax::converter.
