This h-flip is needed because the tile containing cell A1 will have the
coordinates (0, 0). Further aim is to have document coordinates for all
tile messages and tile invalidation messages. The LOK client should be
able to map the document coordinates to the correct view coordinates.
In the lok client we also need to h-flip the "regular" tiles at the tile
position.

relativeFrom is something else (e.g. page) or wrap is not none, then the
old behavior is OK.
Adjust our import so that Writer's layout also allows this shape to
leave the cell.

This is similar to the previous Cairo commit. Fetching pixels
from the GPU is not as slow as fetching them from the XServer,
but this still can make a visible difference. And small surfaces
should not need fast GPU rendering that much, so hopefully this
improves more cases than it regresses.

The (private :( ) document contains a large number of small shapes
for which VclProcessor2D::RenderTransparencePrimitive2D() gets
called, which results in GetBitmapEx() on the VirtualDevice.
And Cairo normally needs to do a roundtrip to the XServer to fetch
the content, which makes the rendering pretty slow. Forcing
image-based surface for small sizes of VirtualDevice actually has
better performance for the document, and the lack of possible
HW acceleration generally shouldn't matter for a surface this small.
Additionally drawinglayer's VirtualDevice reusing tries to reuse
even a large one when a small one is needed, so a hack is needed
to avoid that in this case, I couldn't find a better way.

This fixes the same issue as
<https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/e39421cef31f13a19b6bef5c644978e0c54e4e16>
"curl-functions.m4: fix LIBRARY_PATH adjustment to avoid eval", just in a less
intrusive way so that we can get away with just fixing the resulting configure
rather than having to run any Autotools reconfiguration commands.
40a84af1bdd7b3c414a8a78ca32b0951c03f9976 "upgrade to curl-7.81.0" caused

because somewhere in the middle of curl's configure LD_LIBRARY_PATH got garbled
because of this issue, so that invoking
/home/tdf/lode/opt_private/clang-llvmorg-9.0.1/bin/clang started to fail with
> /home/tdf/lode/opt_private/clang-llvmorg-9.0.1/bin/clang: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.22' not found (required by /home/tdf/lode/opt_private/clang-llvmorg-9.0.1/bin/clang)

(because that clang is built against a local GCC and libstdc++, so needs
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to be set up properly to find the latter), which caused the
gethostbyname check to fail (as seen when looking into that build's
workdir/UnpackedTarball/curl/config.log).
