At least OutputDevice::acquire/release use a plain unguarded int and ++, --, so apparently rely on the SolarMutex being locked whenever they are called. Fixed those places that caused "make check" to fail for me when temporarily adding DBG_TESTSOLARMUTEX() to OutputDevice::acquire/release. Idea from bubli - look for loops where the index variable is of such size that it cannot cover the range revealed by examining the length part of the condition. So far, I have only run the plugin up till the VCL module. Also the plugin deliberately excludes anything more complicated than a straightforward incrementing for loop. In the majority of cases, prefer the easier-on-the-eyes choice, not the "safe" one.
