Change a lot of classes to either contain a protected non-virtual dtor (which is backwards compatible, so even works for cppumaker-generated UNO headers) or a public virtual one. cppuhelper/propertysetmixin.hxx still needs to disable the warning, as the relevant class has a non-virtual dtor but friends, which would still cause GCC to warn. Includes a patch for libcmis, intended to be upstreamed.

A compile time check ensures the common case of streaming just a plain C-style string literal still produces reasonably compact call-site code. The format-string variants are still available in sal/detail/log.h, but only to be used in obsolete osl/diagnose.h etc., and going to be removed again eventually.

With enabled -Woverloaded-virtual gcc warning (see http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2011-March/009567.html), canvas exposed a nasty clash between WeakComponentImplHelper::disposing and XEventListener::disposing. Fixed by overriding *once* in baseclass, and then calling disambiguated, renamed methods.
