Changes the postion calculation for pie charts, where the margin min distance is now constant for pie charts, but unchanged for other chart types. This changes the positions of various pie charts used in tests, which have been changed to the new value after the cases have been checked. 2021-10-14Avoid COW overhead using css::uno::SequenceMike Kaganski
The scenarios are: 1. Calling sequence's begin() and end() in pairs to pass to algorithms (both calls use getArray(), which does the COW checks) 2. In addition to #1, calling end() again when checking result of find algorithms, and/or begin() to calculate result's distance 3. Using non-const sequences in range-based for loops, which internally do #1 4. Assigning sequence to another sequence variable, and then modifying one of them In many cases, the sequences could be made const, or treated as const for the purposes of the algorithms (using std::as_const, std::cbegin, and std::cend). Where algorithm modifies the sequence, it was changed to only call getArray() once. For that, css::uno::toNonConstRange was introduced, which returns a struct (sublclass of std::pair) with two iterators [begin, end], that are calculated using one call to begin() and one call to getLength(). To handle #4, css::uno::Sequence::swap was introduced, that swaps the internal pointer to uno_Sequence. So when a local Sequence variable should be assigned to another variable, and the latter will be modified further, it's now possible to use swap instead, so the two sequences are kept independent. The modified places were found by temporarily removing non-const end(). 2021-09-06[API CHANGE] oox: fix import of chart date categoriesDennis Francis
Before this fix, date categories imported in oox's DataSourceContext were stored as formatted strings according to number format code in <c:formatCode> under the <c:cat> tree. As a result chart2 could not recognize them as dates. This causes problems like: * The axis that is linked to date categories cannot use the scaling/range-selection(min/max)/increments specs mentioned as axis properties. This results in distorted/unreadable chart renders w.r.t the date axis. * No re-formatting is attempted as per the number format provided for axis. This patch introduces a role qualifer argument to the XDataProvider interface method createDataSequenceByValueArray to support categories of date type via this method. When exporting to oox, write date categories and format code under <c:cat> <c:numRef> <c:numCache> This patch also fixes some discrepancies in date axis interval computation (auto mode) found by already existing unit tests. 2020-09-15tdf#77007: chart must honor its parent's IsEnableSetModifiedMike Kaganski
Regression from commit bb97ecdbcc8d8dafd39e728b21bc68efee4eccbc, which had dropped storing chart doc (calling its storeOwn) while loading back in 2012, to avoid performance problems when loading XLS. Funnily, in 2013, commit a666862deffa33013d3df3bb62e87c67f9a89948 was merged, that was expected to solve exactly the same problem as this change, by calling storeOwn for charts being loaded; while obviously not fixing the problem properly, it seems to had undone the effect of the Markus's commit. The latter commit had a side effect of updating views of modified charts while exporting them inside storeOwn, which made respective draw pages to be up-to-date right after loading, including those on inactive sheets. Now, after this change, this is not so, thus unit tests' getChartDocFromSheet was made to update the view explicitly. Unfortunately, it's not yet possible to revert the change from commit a666862deffa33013d3df3bb62e87c67f9a89948, because obviously some dependency grew, which makes e.g. testTdf122594 fail if that commit is reverted. Given that testTdf122594 has no charts, storing the modified objects while loading has much wider side effects than was expected by author of a666862deffa33013d3df3bb62e87c67f9a89948. 2017-04-04tdf#83257 [API-CHANGE] Pivot chart implementationTomaž Vajngerl
This is a squashed commit of the pivot chart implementation. Some of the changes: - Add pivot chart specific (pivot table) data provider which provides the data from a pivot table to the associated chart. - When inserting a chart and the cursor is in a pivot table, in that case insert a pivot chart - Modify the pivot chart when the pivot table changes - Collect and set the number format for the values - isDataFromSpreadsheet check for the creation wizard - In ChartView (and VLegend) check if the data provider is a pivot chart data provider and get the pivot table field names to create the buttons on the UI. - Adds the functionallity to show a filter pop-up (from calc) when clicking on row / column / page field buttons. - Remove (X)PopupRequest as we won't need it. - Add ODF import/export for pivot charts: + Added loext:data-pilot-source attribute on chart:chart which is the internal name of the pivot table with which the pivot chart is associated with. If the element is present, then the it means the chart is a pivot chart, else it is a normal chart + Added service to create pivot chart data provider through UNO + Add new methods to XPivotChartDataProvider to create value and label data sequences separately from the data source, which is needed for pivot chart import + When importing defer setting the data provider until a later time when we know if we are creating a chart od a pivot chart - Pivot chart ODF round-trip test - Add table pivot chart supplier API: This adds the XTablePivotChartSupplier and related interfaces so we can access, create, delete pivot charts from UNO in a sheet document. With this we now distinguish between normal charts and pivot charts. This was mainly needed because we can't extend the "published" interfaces of TableChartSupplier. - Added an extensive test, which uses the API to create a new pivot chart when there was none, and checks that the pivot chart updates when the pivot table updates.
