2018-07-09Add missing sal/log.hxx headersGabor Kelemen
rtl/string.hxx and rtl/ustring.hxx both unnecessarily #include <sal/log.hxx> (and don't make use of it themselves), but many other files happen to depend on it. This is a continuation of commit 6ff2d84ade299cb3d14d4110e4cf1a4b8070c030 to be able to remove those unneeded includes. There is a increment_version.pl, which uses the incversions.txt to increment the CLI version numbers. But it first checks that there are new published UNO types, and exits if there are none. Not sure where the input for that is supposed to come from. There is lots of (Windows-only) code that relied on sal_Unicode being the same as wchar_t, and the best change may be different in each case (and doing the changes may be somewhat error prone). So for now add SAL_U/SAL_W scaffolding functions to sal/types.h, remove their uses one by one again, and finally drop those functions again.
