I don't know why it hangs, but seems even without closing, the test still fails after reverting fc9080a0c60f263d00eb71111fcda72b3c0a2ebb (fdo#67685 open xSourceLibrariesStor only when needed, 2013-08-02). This is the actual re-write. Use a clang rewriter to rewrite SvStream::operator<< to methods like WriteuInt32. Note that the rewriter is not perfect, and I hand-tweaked the output.
