For internal functionality that is not meant to be called by client code, I
think it is appropriate to hide it either via XUnoTunnel (but which would have
been a tad incovenient, as it would have meant to make framework::Desktop in
framework/inc/services/desktop.hxx available to the code in
desktop/source/app/app.cxx), or via reuse of some existing, sufficently fitting
interface (as is done here with css.task.XJob). This nicely avoids the
backwards compatibilty issue with remote Python scripts, as discussed in
tdf#134106 "Binary URP bridge disposed during call to
ServiceManager.createInstanceWithContext".

The LibreOfficeKit-specific code typically has assumed that all the
"views" (SfxViewShell instances) are for the same document, because
all LibreOfficeKit-based application processes (including the "kit"
processes in Online and the iOS app) so far have only had one document
open at a time.
It is now possible to pass several document file names on the command
line to gtktiledviewer and that is an easy way to demonstrate how
badly it still works even with this patch.
Introduce a unique numeric document id that is increased in the
LibLODocument_Impl constructor. Add APIs to access that. When
iterating over views, try to skip views that are not of the document
visible in the "current" view, if we know what the "current" view is.
Also add a couple of FIXMEs at places where it is a bit unclear (to
me) whether it is correct to iterate over all views, or whether only
views for the "current" document are what we would want.

d58a3e5f85d44efc9d21dd56329a3ef20cb3692f "Reliably terminate soffice when
connect throws an exception" had been a partial thinko: When kill()'ing (i.e.,
sending SIGKILL on POSIX) soffice (aka oosplash exec'ed from it), the
soffice.bin forked from it can still keep on running.
So terminate() (i.e., send SIGTERM on POSIX) soffice aka ooslpash, and in its
sigterm_handler actually wait for the soffice.bin process. (Where the latter
should just be a saftey measure. At least on POSIX, osl_terminateProcess as
called from the oosplash sigterm_handler sends a SIGKILL, so should swiftly and
reliably kill the soffice.bin process.)

...as discussed as an open TODO in the commit message of
fe6cce01c88d045a1fcf09acf049c34c22299b02 "Fix loplugin:simplifypointertobool for
libstdc++ std::shared_ptr". The necessary changes across the code base have
been done fully automatically with the rewriting plugin on Linux. (All those
changes apparently involve uses of macro arguments wrapped in parentheses in the
macro body, but always in conditionally-converted-to-bool contexts. In other
contexts, such automatic rewriting would add the "bool" to the macro body, which
would be wrong in general, but we apparently get away with that sloppy coding
for now.)
The parenExprs_ stack that fe6cce01c88d045a1fcf09acf049c34c22299b02 had
introduced to treat such (then-undetected, it had turned out) parenthesized
cases now turns out to not be needed after all.

This patch allows the lok core to know about the device form facor of
the client requesting the creation of new view, immediately instead of
a later time.
When a new view is needed a "DeviceFormFactor" parameter is forwarded
to lo_documentLoadWithOptions and doc_createViewWithOptions from the
client.
This parameter can have one of the following values: 'desktop',
'tablet','mobile' and it is used to set a global variable accessible
by SfxLokHelper::setDeviceFormFactor and
SfxLokHelper::getDeviceFormFactor.
This global variable is retrived in the SfxViewShell constructor for
setting SfxViewShell::maLOKDeviceFormFactor attribute.
In SfxViewShell we have the following 3 methods:
- bool isLOKDesktop()
- bool isLOKTablet()
- bool isLOKMobilePhone()
which replace the following boolean functions:
- comphelper::LibreOfficeKit::isTablet
- comphelper::LibreOfficeKit::::isMobilePhone

This moves the classes from juh.jar and ridl.jar to libreoffice.jar
The goal is to have one single jar (and Java module, will be added later)
which developers can include to work with LO.
juh.jar and ridl.jar are kept as basically empty jars with libreoffice.jar
on its classpath to keep backwards compatibility.
This is a continuation of ae855bf48163ff64d94cfc34aff8e37abdb5518d
and a preparation to have Java 9 module support.

The main reason for the "home-grown" UpCast introduced with
904b3d1fceee5827076758ed2a81f80cb73493ca "Up-cast conversion constructor for
css::uno::Reference" in 2013 was probably that we could not yet rely on C++11
std::is_base_of back then. A (welcome) side effect was that the derived class
could be incomplete.
However, specializations of UpCast relying on whether or not T2 is incomplete
are obviously an ODR violation if the type is incomplete in some TUs and
complete (and derived from T1) in others. And even if UpCast had internal
linkage, it would still be brittle that its behavior depends on the completeness
of T2 at the point of the template's instantiation, and not necessarily at the
point of use.
That means we should better base that ctor on std::is_base_of (which we can do
now since 39a1edd6fec902ef378acce8af42c4d7fba280d0 "Make css::uno::Reference
upcast ctor LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY"), which causes a compilation error at least on
Clang and GCC if the completeness requirements are not met. This change fixes
all the cases where types need to be complete now, plus any resulting
loplugin:referencecasting warnings ("the source reference is already a subtype
of the destination reference").
