Just as the gtk3 plugin isn't named GNOME, rename kde5 to kf5, as it is based on the KDE frameworks 5 libraries. Drop all GStreamer 0.10 support according to ESC decision of 2019-06-06. GStreamer 0.10 is obsolete and no longer needed, superseded by GStreamer 1.0 which is available in baseline (RHEL 7 or CentOS 7) and all relevant distros.
