Invoke ImpConnectParagraphs with bSpecialBackward set to
false by default in DeleteLeftOrRight(). Old design connect
backward when pressing backspace to connect two paragraphs.
The former paragraph of the two ( or the remain one ) adopt
the paragraph style ( bullet on/off status, color, etc. )
from the later paragraph.
It's hard to understand the intention of the original design,
and the design was not activated until LibreOffice6.1,
hence just don't connect backward anymore.

compilerplugins/clang/redundantinline.cxx, exempt such "static inline" functions
in include files for now.)
All the rewriting has been done automatically by the plugin, except for one
instance in sw/source/ui/frmdlg/column.cxx that used to involve an #if), plus
some subsequent solenv/clang-format/reformat-formatted-files.

...warning about (for now only) functions and variables with external linkage
that likely don't need it.
The problems with moving entities into unnamed namespacs and breaking ADL
(as alluded to in comments in compilerplugins/clang/external.cxx) are
illustrated by the fact that while
struct S1 { int f() { return 0; } };
int f(S1 s) { return s.f(); }
namespace N {
struct S2: S1 { int f() { return 1; } };
int f(S2 s) { return s.f(); }
}
int main() { return f(N::S2()); }
returns 1, both moving just the struct S2 into an nunnamed namespace,
struct S1 { int f() { return 0; } };
int f(S1 s) { return s.f(); }
namespace N {
namespace { struct S2: S1 { int f() { return 1; } }; }
int f(S2 s) { return s.f(); }
}
int main() { return f(N::S2()); }
as well as moving just the function f overload into an unnamed namespace,
struct S1 { int f() { return 0; } };
int f(S1 s) { return s.f(); }
namespace N {
struct S2: S1 { int f() { return 1; } };
namespace { int f(S2 s) { return s.f(); } }
}
int main() { return f(N::S2()); }
would each change the program to return 0 instead.

This reverts commit 3d604d1cd6cc70ef96782ef769f0479b509987a8.
comments from sberg:
I assume dropping the std::move from aCurSel(std::move(aSel)) is caused
by performance-move-const-arg's warning "if std::move() is called with
an argument of a trivially-copyable type"
(<https://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/performance-move-const-arg.html>).
For my taste, that approach is too tightly tied to a class's current
implementation details, something that may change over time. Imagine a
trivially copyable class C with a raw pointer member (where the
lifecycle of the pointed-to object is tracked by some higher-level,
likely broken protocol). Now, that protocol is fixed and the raw
pointer member is replaced with a std::shared_ptr. C is no longer
trivially copyable, and the dropped std::move would turn out to be
beneficial again.
(Also, if Clang and clang-tidy did implement the fixed rules for
trivially copyable classes from CWG1734/C++17, where a subset of a
trivially copyable class's copy/move members may be deleted, the above
rule to warn "if std::move() is called with an argument of a
trivially-copyable type" would no longer make sense as written; consider
a trivially copyable class whose copy ctor has been deleted.)

Currently all a11y notifications get send out immediately, which often
ends up formatting the document before it is ready. With the current
EnterBlockNotifications()/LeaveBlockNotifications() system it is difficult
to find all places that need blocking and any change in the a11y code
might require additional blocking in unpredictable places. By queueing
all notifications by default and only sending them out when the document
is ready, we can make sure that it can't be corrupted.

The shapes and comments code in sw and sc assumes
that OutlinerView::Paste does paste as unformatted
text, and OutlinerView::PasteSpecial does paste as
formatted, similar to the corresponding methods of
EditView, which it's supposed to call internally.
But the reality is that OutlinerView::Paste just
calls PasteSpecial, with a comment "HACK(SD does
not call PasteSpecial)". All this situation goes
back to "initial import" commits.
This commit changes OutlinerView::Paste to paste
as unformatted (by default). Call sites that were
using it, but apparently wanted formatted output,
were changed to an explicit PasteSpecial call.

...as is seen when executing CppunitTest_sd_filters_test with Clang's new
-fsanitize=implicit-conversion (see below). The next larger natural choice
after short is sal_Int32, and some of the code calling GetAbsLSpace actually
already supported the value to be as wide (but not wider than) sal_Int32; code
calling GetAbsLSpace that expected the value to be no wider than short has
either been adapted or at least been marked with a TODO. (Other choices could
have been sal_Int64 or long.)
Some dependent function's parameter types have also been changed accordingly.

so we can avoid temporary copies when appending a substring of an
OUString to the buffer. I would have preferred to call the method just
"append" but that results in ambiguous method errors when the callsite
is something like
sal_Int32 n;
OUStringBuffer s;
s.append(n, 10);
I'm not sure why

regression from
commit e278df1a14c5cb5dbb7add5d6ed5dd52da131e92
tdf#108608 Draw file unresponsive on large text pasted into textbox
Somewhere up in the accessibility code it has a stale paragraph index.
Judging up other code in this class, that is fairly common, so just add
similar safety checks.
The old code (pre-regression) only worked because it iterated over all
paragraphs, and it just ignored the paragraph index.

rtl/string.hxx and rtl/ustring.hxx both unnecessarily #include <sal/log.hxx> (and don't make use of it themselves), but many other files happen to depend on it.
This is a continuation of commit 6ff2d84ade299cb3d14d4110e4cf1a4b8070c030 to be able to remove those unneeded includes.
This commit adds missing headers to every file found by:
grep -FwL sal/log.hxx $(git grep -Elw 'SAL_INFO|SAL_INFO_IF|SAL_WARN|SAL_WARN_IF|SAL_DETAIL_LOG_STREAM|SAL_WHERE|SAL_STREAM|SAL_DEBUG')
to directories from dbaccess to extensions
