...which required some lax placements of SAL_WARN_UNUSED_RESULT to be fixed.
Also, Clang unfortunately is rather picky about the relative order of
SAL_WARN_UNUSED_RESULT expanding to [[nodiscard]] and uses of the DLLPUBLIC
macros (expanding to __attribute__(...) resp. __declspec(..) for clang-cl).

...by explicitly defaulting the copy/move functions (and, where needed in turn,
also a default ctor) for classes that have a user-declared dtor that does
nothing other than an implicitly-defined one would do, but needs to be user-
declared because it is virtual and potentially serves as a key function to
emit the vtable, or is non-public, etc.; and by removing explicitly user-
provided functions that do the same as their implicitly-defined counterparts,
but may prevent implicitly declared copy functions from being defined as non-
deleted in the future. (Even if such a user-provided function was declared
non-inline in an include file, the apparently-used implicitly-defined copy
functions are already include, so why bother with non-inline functions.)

Additionally adapted EscherPropertyContainer's AddOpt
methods to be more safe and flexible. Added support for
SvMemoryStream. Changed Data handling in EscherPropSortStruct
to use std::vector<sal_uInt8>, adapted all usages and
converions throgh all modules. This makes memorty handling
for these parts much safer (no more local new-ops, no
longer delete[] there).
Currently there are quite some usages of nProp.size() and
&nProp[0] to access the data. but the base for further
changes to work more on std::vector is done.

ReqIF says the image should be either PNG or has a PNG fallback and then
it can be something else. We used to convert images to PNG to avoid
writing any native data, but results in data loss.
So instead:
1) Write the original image as an RTF fragment, so it's not lost.
2) Some ReqIF parsers expect an RTF fragment even for PNG, so make sure
we always write the RTF fragment, even if that means a small
duplication.

Embedded native data (what we don't parse just carry on) and real OLE2
embedding already worked, this adds the case where the actual content is
ODF, just inside OLE2.
The DOC import/export had support for handleing ODF content inside OLE2,
so reuse that code: add new functions to SvxMSDffManager for import
purposes and reuse SvxMSExportOLEObjects for export purposes.

SOSAW080: Make SdrModel& prerequisite to SdrObjects
Added need for SdrModel& in constructors of SdrModel,
SdrPage, SdrView and SdrObjList. Builds, not finished.
SOSAW080: removed and replaced old SdrModel
Removed and replaced GetModel()/SetModel() in all using

to new referenced SdrModel, adapted all accessing places.
Refactored/Extended ::Clone and ::operator== for these

Also needed to work on copy-construction of SdrPage and hierarchy,
quite some stuff removed, no copy-constructor anymore, no
MigrateItemPool stuff. Builds well, test stuck, will need

In docx a colour value is represented as a 6-digit hex RGB value, or
alternatively the word "auto" to represent automatic colour.
- Add support for reading the value "auto" as COL_AUTO. Previously
this would be read as if it were a hex value, stopping at the
letter 'u' which is not a valid hex digit, resulting in the colour
0x00000A - a very dark blue, which looks close enough to black that
it went unnoticed for a long time :-)
- Remove code which tried to handle this wrong 0x00000A value,
including the constant OOXML_COLOR_AUTO, as it is no longer needed
and will cause surprises for anyone who really wanted this exact
shade of dark blue
- Fix unit tests that were checking for 0x00000A

This is preparing to change how GraphicManager works where it
won't base itself around GraphicObject anymore but Graphic. No
functional or cosmetic change was made to the classes, only
changes that were needed because of the move and rename.
The only thing that wasn't moved is the GraphicRenderer as it
is not needed in vcl for now (but makes sense to move it in the
future to keep graphic stuff together).
grfmgr was renamed to GraphicObject as the GraphicManager will be
changed a lot and most likely moved out, so the name grfmgr won't
make any sense anymore.

graph.cxx contains Graphic).
