These had been missed by 1b43cceaea2084a0489db68cd0113508f34b6643 "Make many OUString functions take std::u16string_view parameters" because they did not match the multi-overload pattern that was addressed there, but they nevertheless benefit from being changed just as well (witness e.g. the various resulting changes from copy() to subView()). This showed a conversion from OStringChar to std::string_view to be missing (while the corresponding conversion form OUStringChar to std::u16string_view was already present). so it doesn't get removed again from sal/inc/pch/precompiled_sal.hxx (see commit 4af9612f2be9e023e762831207cbdb1d5f25906f). rtl/string.hxx and rtl/ustring.hxx both unnecessarily #include <sal/log.hxx> (and don't make use of it themselves), but many other files happen to depend on it. Cleaned up some, but something like grep -FwL sal/log.hxx $(git grep -Elw \ 'SAL_INFO|SAL_INFO_IF|SAL_WARN|SAL_WARN_IF') -- \*.cxx) shows lots more files that potentially need fixing before the include can be removed from rtl/string.hxx and rtl/ustring.hxx.
