Giving the user the option to determine if they should trust an
invalid signature in HIGH macro security doesn't make sense.
CommonName of the signature is the most prominent feature presented
and the CommonName of a certificate can be easily forged for an
invalid signature, tricking the user into accepting an invalid
signature.
in the HIGH macro security setting only show the pop-up to
enable/disable signed macro if the certificate signature can be
validated.
Additionally present a ViewSignatures button in the Macro Disabled
infobar, so that the user can inspect what are the invalid signatures
and why (wihtout the ability of enabling macros).

In case of all the 4 security warnings we will have a new infobar warning
dialog message with an infobar button which can open the security windows
option settings and we can set which security issues should warn us, and also
which security infos we want to remove. (etc after saving)
TODO: If the directly the file dialog window pop up the Infobar message will only
update after closing the file dialog window. That should be fixed later.

This adds Command Popup functionality, which is a HUD like pop-up

the main menu (but not limited to that only).
This is the initial version, which has limitation in searching

instead of enabling Track Changes toolbar automatically,
when there are hidden track changes data or settings in
the document, i.e. Track Changes toolbar and Show Changes
are disabled, but
– the document contains (not visible) recorded changes, or
– Record Track Changes is enabled (which will result hidden
recording, e.g. unintended publishing of the deletions of
the document); or
– both of them.
Messages of the infobar show these cases.
Button of the Track Changes infobar allows to show/hide the
Track Changes toolbar. Hiding the Track Changes toolbar with
button of the Track Changes infobar closes the infobar, too.

Make sure that in case the signature is not on the first page, the

In case a pdf is opened for signing, the infobar has a button to start
the signing. If a signature line is already inserted and the user picked
a certificate, then let's call the infobar button's action "finish
signing", since the signature list and the certificate chooser won't
appear in this case.
(The actual behavior when you click on the button is still unchanged,
though.)

While we do support multiple views, there is only
one state for popup/floating windows, that also
includes the dialogs open and related windows/data.
This adds support to allow each view to have its own
popups and state, thus allowing multiple users to
interact with the dialogs independently of one
another.
