The issue of 362d4f0cd4e50111edfae9d30c90602c37ed65a2 "Explicitly mark overriding destructors as 'virtual'" appears to no longer be a problem with MSVC 2013. (The little change in the rewriting code of compilerplugins/clang/override.cxx was necessary to prevent an endless loop when adding "override" to OOO_DLLPUBLIC_CHARTTOOLS virtual ~CloseableLifeTimeManager(); in chart2/source/inc/LifeTime.hxx, getting stuck in the leading OOO_DLLPUBLIC_CHARTTOOLS macro. Can't remember what that isAtEndOfImmediateMacroExpansion thing was originally necessary for, anyway.) Change-Id: I534c634504d7216b9bb632c2775c04eaf27e927e

Actually there seems to be a simpler solution to the immediate performance problem which I'll commit next. It still might be necessary to introduce the search switch at some stage, but first let's see if there are complaints. This reverts commit 8e0b08c3053ed5472409b1ea7e02653aad38f7d6.

The idea is that if you have your cursor at the begining of a Writer document, and you scroll down a lot, then search, then it's annoying that search jumps back to the start of the document for the first hit. Add an optional way to provide what is the starting point of such a search, so we can have "when nothing is selected, then search from the top left corner of the visible area".
