A shape might have the shading information not in commands in the
enhanced-path, but generated in ctor of EnhancedCustomShape2d from the
Type value of the shape. This shading information is a 32 bit value
with first the number of the shadings and then the shadings. A shading
is encoded with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 for lighten 10 to 70 and 8,9,a,b,c,d,e,f
for darken -80 to -10.
To get this information from EnhanceCustomShape2d I have made its
method GetLuminanceChange() public.
Because OOXML only has darken, darkenLess, lighten and lightenLess our
values are mapped:
-10, -20, -30 to darkenLess
-40, -50, -60, -70, -80 to darken
10, 20, 30 to lightenLess
40, 50, 60, 70 to lighten
The bupreport mentions only 'Octagon Bevel' and 'Diamond Bevel'. But
the patch fixes missing shading for shapes of Types 'ActionButton*'
as well. Such shapes come in from MS binary import.

This commit implements a WebP reader and writer for both lossless
and lossy WebP, export dialog options for selecting lossless/lossy
and quality for lossy, and various internal support for the format.
Since writing WebP to e.g. ODT documents would make those images
unreadable by previous versions with no WebP support, support
for that is explicitly disabled in GraphicFilter, to be enabled
somewhen later.

LOK client expects tile invalidations in positive document coordinates
irrespective of RTL flags.
For this introduce a flag mbNegativeX in svx class SdrMarkView to
indicate the case when all x coordinates are negated (this happens only
for the LOK + Calc + RTL mode). Use this flag to counter negate the
x coordinates before sending invalidation rectangles.

If we have the document setting preferred image size set, then
use that as the default DPI and recalcualte the logical image
size using the DPI and the size in pixels.
This is useful so we have the preferred DPI size as 100% in the
crop dialog, so we can adjust the size in relation to that value.

annotated text ranges (and sections) at the cursor
position, not only metadata of the innermost.
Show metadata fields (text:meta-field) and annotated text
ranges (text:meta) under the new category "Fields" instead
of at "Character Direct Formatting".
Put section and other metadata in front of the other style
settings text. Hide their empty categories "Sections",

The problem is that in sw there are these obnoxious virtual SdrObjects
that are created and destroyed by the layout.
0 SdrObject::~SdrObject()
3 SwVirtFlyDrawObj::~SwVirtFlyDrawObj()
5 SwFlyFrame::FinitDrawObj()
12 SwFrame::DestroyFrame(SwFrame*)
13 SwFrameFormat::DelFrames()
14 SwUndoFlyBase::DelFly(SwDoc*)
15 SwUndoDelLayFormat::SwUndoDelLayFormat(SwFrameFormat*)
16 SwHistoryTextFlyCnt::SwHistoryTextFlyCnt(SwFrameFormat*)
This misdesign means that SdrUndoObj::pObj may point to a deleted
object.
Commit 9bc6160e0acbc78be998129ea55ed7e4529959fa may create SdrUnoObj
when saving the document, so that is now an additional way to introduce
the problem.
Try to work around it by not using a SdrUndoObj subclass in this case,
but create a new SdrUndoAction subclass that uses SdrPage::sort() and
stores no pointers.
There is still the problem that changes in the layout or view settings
like "Hide tracked changes" could cause different virtual SdrObjects to
exist between when the Undo was recorded and when it is activated, in
which case nothing is done.
But that really requires a larger refactoring such as having a SdrPage
for the model that never contains virtual SdrObjects, and another
SdrPage for the view that does contain virtual SdrObjects to fix.

This allows multiple views to not disturb each other editing inside
a impress document. With the ending of text edit for all views still
enabled, one view can cancel other views text editing just by moving
or resizing a unrelated shape in the document.
To make this possible we also need a view-local undo manager for
the text edit mode, which is independent of the document undo
manager. When the text edit mode ends, all the changes will be
added as one change to the document undo stack. This prevents any
conflicts in the undo stack that could be made when 2 views are
editing the same document at the same time.
This also adds the test for the new use case and changes the existing
tests to reflect the change.

editeng/ asserts in the ImpEditEngine dtor that the undo manager it owns
is indeed an EditUndoManager, and not a subclass. This means that if a
subclass is set as the undo manager of editeng, then SetUndoManager()
should be called in pairs: once to set it and once to unset it. The
unset should happen before destroying the EditEngine.
This normally works because SwView either has an active text edit and
then its dtor calls SdrEndTextEdit() or it doesn't have an active text
edit.
The broken case was when the text edit was already ended, but the draw
view still had a text edit outliner, which has an EditEngine, which
knows the sw undo manager. The product build deleted the sw undo manager
when deleting the EditEngine, and then later when the SwExtTextInput
dtor wanted to access the sw undo manager, it crashes due to
use-after-free.
Fix the problem by explicitly disposing the undo manager of the draw
view in the dtor of SwView.
Also fix a couple of more places where an SdrObject* is returned and we
didn't check if the result is a nullptr.
