Otherwise if you happen to compile vcl/source/app/svmain.cxx with
OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL > 0 but not this file, you get an undefined symbol
DebugEventInjector::getCreate().
In general I think our intent is that ideally it should be possible to
compile an arbitrary selection of source files with OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL=0,
and others with OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL=1. (For debugging functionality that
does require consistency across the codebase, we have DBG_UTIL.)
Note that DebugEventInjector::getCreate() will be called from
InitVCL() only when svmain.cxx is compiled with OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL > 0,
though. So for a "production" build with no debug compilation, this
change has no run-time effect.

This is the first step of refactoring Animation where it is needed
to separate AnimationBitmap(s) from the Animation class, which
is also responsible for displaying of animation.
General idea is to make Graphic work only with AnimationBitmaps,
which can be freely be swapped out and in, make copies - all
transparantly from the actually displaying them and possibly it
will also remove the need to copy the animation objects.

b11188835d3b87cd changed msfilter to use
GraphicFilter::ImportUnloadedGraphic() to lazy-load images
from the document. However, that function in some cases simply
reads the entire rest of the passed SvStream, which in this case
is the entire .xls file. And the document from tdf#124828 is ~50MiB
and contains ~4000 images => 100+ GiB memory required.

When we want a different size Image, we can now set that as a
parameter at construction of the Image. Previously we needed to
create an Image, forcefully take the bitmap out, resize the bitmap
and create a new Image out of that.
Doing it internally gives us the benefit to have a more control
over the scaling process, especially when dealing with HiDPI
images.

When we drag a entry in TreeListBox, we execute a PaintDDCursor
which paints a "cursor" of a possible drag target (for example
to show where the entry will be moved to if we want to change the
order). The problem with this fuction is that it paints a line
directlly at that location, and that it uses invert raster
operation to draw a line. So to hide the line it just needs to
draw again. On MacOS this invertion causes a problem and draws
the whole area black, which is the cause of this bug.
So instead of inverting the drawing of the drag target cursor
has now been moved into the main Paint method, where it redraws
the whole entry, and if present, also the drag target cursor.
This means that all we need to do is Invalidate the entry,
which then just gets redrawn in a normal Paint pass.
One exception is still MacOS, which doesn't invalidate the entry,
but redraws the entry directly. DnD is MacOS is a bit different
as it is not async (if I understand correctly) so the invalidate
has no effect.

This adds basic support for 32bit bitmaps for the SVP backend. For
other backends the support is disabled for now as we need to add it for
each backend separately and enable support.
When this patch is applied it is possible to a Bitmap with bit count
32, but currently no input filter uses this with the exception of the
new PngImageReader(libpng based), which is used only for the icons.
For a general support more things need to be implemented and tested:
- conversion back and fourth between 32-bit and 24-bit + 8bit alpha (or
other supported pairs)
- 'raw' export of the bitmap needs to be handeled properly (like in
SVM import/export) so it creates the correct image.
- input filters need to be checked and converted if this is necessary
- look for possible bugs when drawing transparent bitmaps
- check of UNO API
