Use the chart:data-label element instead of using the
loext:custom-label-field attribute.
chart:data-label stores can be a child of chart:data-point and it may
contain a text:o element for holding one or more paragraphs of custom
label text.
This commit aims to export and import chart:data-label with paragraphs
put into different text:span elements. These span elements may hold a
text:style-name attribute in order to achieve formatted text.
This structure is already in the ODF format.

OOX import supports custom label texts in chart diagrams (produced by
e.g. double clicking on a data label, and write custom text), but -
since embedded objects are exported and imported to odf right after migration -
it is not displayed in case of a Writer document.
In order to make it work, we have to support custom label text in the
odf structure. This commit only allows the import/export of pure text,
it should be improved to store and load formatted string.
A new XML token is added, which currently refers to an attribute of the
chart:data-point tag. If we want to store formatted string, something
more clever has to be done.

Complex table-based writer doc with sidebar slow to open.
We are only using the extent data in SwAccessibleTableData_Impl as a
comparison method to see if that table structure has changed.
So just compare the rows and columns arrays instead of calculating
extents.
The downside is that we might fire events a little more often.
This takes the opening time from 17s to 10s for me.

We used to recurse into both arms of <mc:AlternateContent>: while the
intention is that an importer either reads <mc:Choice> or <mc:Fallback>.
Fix this by converting PPTShapeGroupContext to be a FragmentHandler2,
this way FragmentHandler2::prepareMceContext() is invoked, which knows
how to do this correctly.
This requires declaring "a14" as a supported namespace, e.g.
SdOOXMLExportTest2::testMathObject() would fail without it. This also
requires keeping "a14" unsupported in the Calc case, e.g.
ScFiltersTest::testControlImport() would fail without it. Finally the
"Convert this to FragmentHandler2" TODO in
SlideFragmentHandler::onCreateContext() from 2011 can be removed with
this.

uno:Underline is the "real" deal, and has multiple underline options
uno:UnderlineSimple is "some underline on" vs no underline
calc and writer had UnderlineSingle, UnderlineDouble and UnderlineDotted
for that specific type of underline on vs not-on
add those to draw/impress too and then use UnderlineSingle instead of Underline
in the format menu so that when UnderlineDouble is applied, UnderlineSingle is
not show as applied, instead of using Underline ot UnderlineSimple which would
show as on if UnderlineDouble was applied

This reinstates the fix by Pierre Lepage, which was reverted in
351dead74b4c213b13102f81b5ae9bb47ad8ca39, and makes sure it only
has effect when the compilation is started from IDE.
The idea is that the IDE is used primarily for development, and
that's a good opportunity to detect any error in the code. When
the code is compiled from outside of the IDE (like running an
extension), the error is tolerated to allow users run the legacy
code having this error. Hopefully this is enough for tdf#106529.
This re-uses comphelper's NoEnableJavaInteractionContext class,
which is converted into general-purpose SetFlagContext class to
avoid code duplication.
