As the last used color is stored per button instance, these will go out of sync with several buttons being visible (e.g. a toolbar and a sidebar, or a toolbar overflow popup), and will reset whenever the toolbar resets (e.g. change in selection, switch from print preview, or customization). Fix that by storing the last colors per-document, and notifying other buttons on changes. Keep the last color also stored per-button for now, as a fallback for reportdesign (which isn't sfx2 based). If enabled, the comments mess up the structure elements, because the PageSyncData::mActions stores indexes into the GDIMetaFile::m_aList vector, and in PageSyncData::PlaySyncPageAct() the indexes don't match. This is because SwViewShell::PrintOrPDFExport() replaces the GDIMetaFile with a temporary one, then records the page content, then applies scaling to the temporary one and replays it, recording with the original one; somehow replaying a temporary GDIMetaFile with 270 actions to one that already has 4 actions results in 392 actions. It's not obvious how this can work with the temporary GDIMetaFile, so try to get rid of it; not sure if there any drawbacks to this but the GDIMetaFile is freshly created by the caller in any case. We now publish the url for the media shape in the LOK_CALLBACK_GRAPHIC_SELECTION message. This has many advantages, most notably that it only sends the URL to the view selecting the media. Also, it is now easier to handle the message as there is no need for both a LOK_CALLBACK_GRAPHIC_SELECTION and a LOK_CALLBACK_MEDIA_SHAPE. However, the latter is still defined as we might still use it at some point. This reverts commit 75399b8aad6c0f0998b9d0a6eddb2e29f8bc114c. it was incomplete. While at it, do not parse 'in' attribute for now, so only in="SourceGraphic" is used.
