With a randomizing debug-mode libc++ (`export LIBCPP_DEBUG=-D_LIBCPP_DEBUG=1`
in config_host.mk), CppunitTest_sc_ucalc_pivottable consistently failed for me
with
> Expected: A Actual: a
> sc/qa/unit/ucalc_pivottable.cxx:1886:TestPivottable::testPivotTableCaseInsensitiveStrings
> assertion failed
> - Expression: bSuccess
> - Table output check failed
when _LIBCPP_DEBUG_RANDOMIZE_UNSPECIFIED_STABILITY_SEED is 140365334480272.
This change apparently happens to fix it, but I have no idea what exactly is
going on here. (comphelper::s3sort was introduced in
46d0afba738d8ee7c9b63384fef513f42ee587f3 "Implement parallel version of
super-scalar-sample-sort...", and
TestPivottable::testPivotTableCaseInsensitiveStrings traces back to
96086484d3429ff849b468ef5d1ff8ac8e7874a9 "Move pivot table tests into a separate
source file.)

It isn't enough to do Paragraph->SetDepth().
It must match the property EE_PARA_OUTLLEVEL.
So I was hoping that the only thing I needed was the
"set property" helper. But unit tests showed that I also needed
"get property" to return an empty aAny instead of a -1.
My confidence level on this one is fairly low.
This code is way too tangled and weird.
I'm sure the concept is right (that the property is the
most important thing) but all of the wonkiness around
the level means any changes to the implementation
will be fragile.

Unfortunately i couldn't figure out how to send keyboard input to the
Edit widget in the SvTreeListBox; it's created by
SvTreeListBox::EditText() and shows up when calling dumpHierarchy()
on the DialogUIObject as a child of the
SvTreeListBox/"19LclHeaderTabListBox" but the execute() doesn't send it
events, neither when called on DialogUIObject nor on TreeListUIObject.
So forward explicitly in TreeListUIObject::execute() - probably not the
best way to do this?
When using the UI, events arrive like this:
0 SvInplaceEdit2::KeyInput(KeyEvent const&) at vcl/source/treelist/treelistbox.cxx:202
1 (anonymous namespace)::MyEdit_Impl::KeyInput(KeyEvent const&) at vcl/source/treelist/treelistbox.cxx:117
2 ImplHandleKey(vcl::Window*, MouseNotifyEvent, sal_uInt16, sal_uInt16, sal_uInt16, bool) (pWindow=0x6dc4bc0, nSVEvent=MouseNotifyEvent::KEYINPUT, nKeyCode=1026, nCharCode=0, nRepeat=0, bForward=true) at vcl/source/window/winproc.cxx:1209
3 ImplWindowFrameProc(vcl::Window*, SalEvent, void const*) at vcl/source/window/winproc.cxx:2672
4 SalFrame::CallCallback(SalEvent, void const*) const (this=0x8a19fb0, nEvent=SalEvent::KeyInput, pEvent=0x7ffc7f3639a0) at vcl/inc/salframe.hxx:306

Using "Tools > Protect Spreadsheet Structure...", it is possible to
protect the structure of a spreadsheet document. Without this patch in
place, the [+] (add new sheet) button is clickable but it does not work.
This is confusing for the user, so it was decided that the button should
be disabled when the structure is protected.
This patch disables the [+] button just after the structure is protected
using the above toggle menu option. The menu option becomes checked, and
the [+] button gets disabled immediately. After choosing the same toggle
menu option again, the check mark goes away, and the [+] button becomes
enabled immediately.
In this patch, GetDocument().IsDocEditable() is used to check if the
document structure is protected. The argument for this choice is that
the same function is used when renaming a sheet with
ScDocFunc::RenameTable().
