when mouse pointer is over bookmark entry in the Navigator content tree
This patch brings attention to in-view bookmarks when the mouse pointer
is positioned over bookmark content entries in the Navigator content
tree. All in-view bookmarks are brought to attention by placing the
mouse pointer over the bookmark content type (category) entry.
The patch adds a parameter to the weld::get_dest_row_at_pos function to
give the option not to auto scroll. It is needed to prevent auto
scrolling when used in the the mouse move handler. Additional use can
be made in the content tree CommandHdl to make the tree not jump when
the context popup menu is activated for entries near the top and bottom
of the the visible tree.

...which had been introduced in 78040af9acea0ab681aa54ff23844b647bc9b4f3
"loplugin:refcounting in sc" as a variation on css::uno::WeakReference from
include/cppuhelper/weakref.hxx, but without giving much of a rationale.
And, at least for --with-latest-c++ builds using a capable C++20 compiler,
ensure that the given interface_type is such that the static_cast and
dynamic_cast in the implementation of unotools::WeakReference::get are actually
sound: If interface_type could be a UNO interface type, that would imply that
the xInterface obtained from the underlying WeakReferenceHelper::get() could be
a proxy from the C++ UNO bridge, which could (a) be a proxy for only a subtype
of interface_type (e.g., just for XInterface), so that the static_cast would be
broken, and (b) be a proxy for which the vtable's RTTI slot is not set up (see
e.g. the ENABLE_RUNTIME_OPTIMIZATIONS code in
bridges::cpp_uno::shared::VtableFactory::initializeBlock in
bridges/source/cpp_uno/gcc3_linux_x86-64/cpp2uno.cxx), so that the dynamic_cast
could crash. (These issues can even happen when the given interface_type is a
C++ implementation class type, but the given object has been bridged over some
C++ to C++ UNO ("purpose") bridge, but lets leave it at that...)
This required adding some cppu::detail::isUnoInterfaceType predicate to the
include files generated by cppumaker, which can be useful in other places too.
(For the call to isUnoInterfaceType in the requires-clause of
unotools::WeakReference<interface_type>::get to give the correct answer, it is
important that interface_type is a complete type---i.e., the corresponding
codemaker-generated .hpp having been included if interface_type actually were a
UNO include type. But that is already nicely required by the call to
std::is_convertible_v in the implementation of that function, anyway.)

This so-called modern content control is rather terrible for
VBA programmers. It has no modifiable ID!
Instead, there is a random _signed-integer_ as a unique id.
How descriptive...
Since it is an integer, it can't be passed to Item(),
because then it would be an index lookup.
Instead, you can pass it as a float (indicated by a #)
or as a _unsigned-integer_ string.
Recently the ID was preserved for content control import/export,
so we can now round out our VBA to find content controls by name.

The method PDFIProcessor::mirrorString() was removed, and
::comphelper::string::reverseString was used, by Kevin Suo in commit
69e9925ded584113e52f84ef0ed7c224079fa061.
The old PDFIProcessor::mirrorString() did two things:
1) Reverse the code points in the string. However, due to its use of iterateCodePoints(&i)
rather than iterateCodePoints(&i, -1) (i.e. iterating in forward rather than reversed order),
the reverse was not functioning at all.
2) Use GetMirroredChar (i.e. the icu unicode u_charMirror() which was dropped in
commit 720a093461aadff044ac0b1b7b45cf3d416b3785) to get the mirrored-image of
characters with the Bidi_Mirrored properties.
Stephan Bergmann restored the #1 in commit 50d73574b6c3d71f9a539c895a15d6fcda22390b
(by introducing comphelper::string::reverseCodePoints). However, the #2 was not restored.
I do not see a clear reason to drop #2 (at least this is an area I don't quite familiar
with), so it's better to restore it as well, in *this* commit, named as SubstituteBidiMirrored.

...inspired by 2fa426da15a12e2a63554247e3c1c3f8c0ec5c24 "Fix dynamic_cast after
splitting OutputDevice and vcl::Window class hierarchies":
"Find uses of dynamic_cast that cast between unrelated classes, which is
suspicious and might indicate a bug. The heuristic used to consider two classes
unrelated is that neither derives from the other (directly or indirectly) and
they do not both virtually derive (directly or indirectly) from a common third
class. Additionally, class definitions can be attributed with
SAL_LOPLUGIN_ANNOTATE("crosscast") (from sal/types.h) to suppress false warnings
about known-good cases casting from or to such a class."
(quoting compilerplugins/clang/crosscast.cxx)
This found two additional errors, 7a82ea5c79adee70eddf74ac53347544766a91b0 "Fix
presumed typo" and fc6aa9e49973c845915754caf765ff57e5b0cd59 "fix assert", and
one still-open case that looks like an error, see the TODO comment in
sw/source/core/unocore/unodraw.cxx.
In addition to that it flagged another 102 uses of dynamic_cast as suspicious,
which have all been addressed, at least for now, by marking certain classes as
SAL_LOPLUGIN_ANNOTATE("crosscast"), see below. (Where this commit also adds
that generic SAL_LOPLUGIN_ANNOTATE mechanism to include/sal/types.h.) However,
some of those annotations might benefit from further inspection and clean up

The problem is that setting the title via the dialog in Writer calls
SwFlyFrameFormat::SetObjTitle() which sets SwFrameFormat::msTitle and
SdrObject::m_pPlusData::aObjTitle on the master SwFlyDrawObj.
Now ViewContactOfSdrObj::embedToObjectSpecificInformation() is called
for the SwVirtFlyDrawObj, not the SwFlyDrawObj, because that one is not
on the SdrPage.
However, SwFlyFrameFormat::GetObjTitle() will return
SwFrameFormat::msTitle as a fallback.
So what's missing here is SwVirtFlyDrawObj must forward calls that
get/set model properties to its associated SwFlyDrawObj - implement that
in base class SdrVirtObj.
But note that this does not fix the reported PDF export bug - that was
already fixed by commit 122b4264d23df8b11419839ba700b88c4f936a6c in sw
and this fix is for other users of ObjectInfoPrimitive2D.

Including a new set of default styles, provided by Rafael Lima.
Some ui tests had to be modified, because the new borders are
thicker.
If you intend to edit the xml file, please keep in mind the
following requirements:
1) There should be a table template called "default". It's
applied to newly inserted tables.
2) There should be a cell style called "default". It's used for
new table styles.
3) Please make all cell styles inherit from "default" (directly
or indirectly), unless you intend to specify font names in them.
"default" has its font names filled programmatically based on
officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/VCL.xcu.
4) Whenever possible please use <style:table-cell-properties>
for cell properties, instead of the incorrect
<style:paragraph-properties> and <loext:graphic-properties>
we currently use for export. See tdf#72238 and tdf#72239.

We don't need to do this - either the old rtl_uString will be
overwritten in the source object, or it will be destructed, either way,
re-initialising it is a waste of time.

Basically copies pt_PT.xml but replaces translated with
untranslated keywords (AA,AAAA => YY,YYYY), hence no ref="pt_PT"
for LC_FORMAT (and LC_CTYPE).
Also use sort-formats.awk -v group=1 to sort FormatElement by usage
group and formatIndex as those went quite wild over time..

when exporting a PDF via dialog or API.
To use this setting via API, set the "ExportNotesInMargin" property.

Similar how it's done for preceding objects immediately after calculating
'ofs', we also need to make sure to create a separate run for the objects
that may be anchored after the last character; otherwise, the field that
was just processed (and is waiting in the attributes) would be put out of
place, inside an inner run (e.g., in a text box inside the object).

The fieldmarks in a document were kind of invisible for LOK clients
previously.
The Zotero use-case requires a way to fetch certain types of fieldmarks
from a document, to be able to update them and then write back those
updated versions to the document later.
Fix this by introducing a new .uno:TextFormFields, you can get its value
using the getCommandValues() LOK API. This allows filtering for a
certain field command prefix, which is generic, but e.g. in the Zotero
case allows getting the citations or the bibliography. The returned JSON
is an array of matching fieldmarks, containing their type and field
command. It seems there is no way to return the field result, till the
motivation is to just update that field result. (If there will be need,
the field result can be added.)
Do this in a way that next time we add a Writer-specific command (to be
able to return its values), there will be no need to touch
include/vcl/ITiledRenderable.hxx, causing a large rebuild.

Currently /Alt texts are generated from ObjectInfoPrimitive2D, but this
is only evaluated in VclMetafileProcessor2D::processGraphicPrimitive2D()
so while it's created for every SdrObject, it's ignored in most cases.
There doesn't appear to be a reason why this is done in
processGraphicPrimitive2D() and not a more generic location, the special
conditions that are checked there don't have anything to do with Alt
texts, they effectively guard some optimisation done to bitmaps in
PageSyncData::PlaySyncPageAct().
There is another issue in that not every SdrObject gets a
StructureTagPrimitive2D, and even if there is a StructureTagPrimitive2D
it may be ignored if it's in the background.
The Alt text must only be produced if there is a structure element for
the same SdrObject, else it would end up on some unrelated structure
element.
Fix all this by moving processing to a new function which checks that
there is a current StructureTagPrimitive2D for a SdrObject in effect.
The only problem with this is that previously Writer images produced Alt
text, and now they don't - but Writer needs some fixing anyway.
