As discussed in the mailing list thread starting at
<https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2023-January/089808.html>
"Plan to remove dead C++ UNO bridge implementations (bridges/source/cpp_uno/*)",
the bridge implementation at bridges/source/cpp_uno/gcc3_aix_powerpc is
apparently dead and should thus be removed. However, that was the only bridge
implementation for AIX, which implies that support for the AIX platform as a
whole is dead and should thus be removed.

responsible for changing the color for the SdrPage and adds an
implementation of IThemeColorChanger - svx::ThemeColorChanger,
that is performing the same task from now on.
The svx::ThemeColorChanger is also partially used in Writer by
sw::ThemeColorChanger, when it needs to change the colors in the
common (Sdr) objects.

Some accessible names contain a suffix when OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL > 0, which
makes it tricky to compare to a known value. To fix that, introduce a
helper that knows how and when to deal with the suffix properly that
can then be used to easily check accessible names.
As we already have a similar, yet private, helper for menu items on
Windows (that include the keybinding label as a suffix), merge the two
together in a unified solution for comparing names.

This patch creates a separate color configuration entry for the background of the Basic Editor (svtools::BASICEDITOR). This allows the user to set the color of the Basic Editor independently from the color used as document background.
Currently the color used is DOCCOLOR, which means that if the user wants to use a different color in the Basic Editor, they must change the document color as well. However, the user may want to use f.i. a dark background in the Basic editor while maintaining a white color for documents, which is currently not possible.
By default, both color schemes "LibreOffice" and "LibreOffice Dark" use the same color for DOCCOLOR and BASICEDITOR to replicate the existing behavior. But now, if the user wants to use a different color for the Basic Editor, than it's possible to change it without affecting the color of documents.

The modern 'abc transform' in Word is not able to use bitmap fill, but
it is possible in legacy VML. Thus use VML in such cases.
A WordArt shape in VML has the text not in a <txbxContent> element but
as string='...' attribute in the <v:textpath> element. To detect
whether a custom shape is a Fontwork in an easy way without cast, I
have added the already for custom shapes existing method IsTextPath()
to the basis class SdrObject.
Using VML for Fontwork with bitmap fill, errors in the VML code become
visible:
* Using <v:imagedata> element results in Word in a picture of the shape.
The shape itself was lost. A bitmap fill of a shape has to be written
with the <v:fill> element.
* Mode 'stretched' in LO UI becomes type='frame' attribute in VML.
I have adapted the unit test NoFillAttrInImagedata in ooxmlexport2.cxx
in sw. The source file has the background image in a v:fill element.
If you replace the 'wps' namespace with a 'my' namespace in the file
generated by LO and so force Word to use the Fallback, you will see
that with v:imagedata Word does not show a background image. Thus the
assumption in the test was wrong, that there has to be a v:imagedata
element.

Importing an inline content control from DOCX used to be just plain text
in Writer, so the PDF export of that was also just plain text.
Now that content controls are actually supported, we used to not emit
them as plain text in the PDF export, since
82d90529dc2b3cb8359dec78852cbd910a66d275 (sw content controls, rich
text: add initial PDF export, 2022-09-12). Part of this was to write the
string value of the content control as the /V (value) key of the form,
when it's not in placeholder mode. This made sure that once the form is
filled in, no overlap between the plain text and the filled in text
happens.
Try to support both use-cases at the same time by also mapping the value
of the content control to /V, even if it's in placeholder mode. This
keeps avoiding the unwanted overlap, but this way the placeholder text
is no longer lost on PDF export.
An alternative would have been to map the placeholder text to
description when the alias/title is empty, but that would show up only
as a mouse tooltip, so won't change the behavior when the PDF is
printed.

We urgently should get rid of XOR paint, modern
graphic systems allow no read access to the pixel
targets, but that's naturally a precondition for
XOR.
While we can do that for the office's
visualization, we can in principle *not* fully
avoid getting stuff that needs/defines XOR paint,
e.g. EMF/WMF imports, so we *have* to support
it (for now - sigh)...
This makes this renderer complete from the minimal
to-be-supported primitives, too.

And simplify the latter, to always use "CDATA" type (as the former did).
"CDATA" was used in all cases but one, where an empty string was used.

Without a correctly formatted ID, LO was unable to import
the shape into the spreadsheet. Now at least the button
shows up and can be pressed.
MS Word already showed the button before the patch,
so nothing there has changed. That suggests that our
problem may be more during import.
This code path is also followed by DOC and DOCX formats,
but they do completely different things with the results.
This is super nasty code...

ThemeDialog is a common dialog that can be used to select the
theme used by the document. Currently it only implements colors
but in the future also the fonts and formats (for shapes) will
be adde.
The IThemeColorChanger interface is used by the dialog to change
the actual color values inside the document. For the writer the
existing ThemeColorChanger is now implementing the interface.
The dialog is accessible in Writer at Format -> Theme... in the
main menu.

Rework the ThemePanel to only work with theme colors, as fonts
are uing an old mock implemntation of themes. To do this properly
it is needed to remove the implementation for now.
The theme colors entries were rendered as a bitmap and then shown
in the ValueSet. This has the problem that it doesn't look sharp
on a HiDPI screen, so replace that with a ThemeColorValueSet, which
uses custom draw to render the theme color entries directly.
The ThemeColorValueSet was added to th svx component as it will be
used in other components as well.
