Unfortunately iwyu gets quite confused by the weird cyclic dependencies
between various foo.h/foo.hxx and cppumaker generated headers, so it's
not obvious if any improvement here is realistic...

Sadly cannot forward declare "struct {...} TimeValue;".
rtl/(u)?string.hxx still include sal/log.hxx but removing osl/diagnose.h
was painful enough for now...

It appears that the C++ standard allows overriding destructors to be marked
"override," but at least some MSVC versions complain about it, so at least make
sure such destructors are explicitly marked "virtual."
