Build our lnth library and the external mythes library. Install
thesauruses for the app's Xcode project to pick up and include in the
app bundle. Look for them in the place where they will end up.
To get thesauruses you need to configure with --with-myspell-dicts.

The iOS system German dictionary is not good for Swiss German. (And it
doesn't even claim to be, it says it is for de_DE.) The system German
dictionary accepts 'ß' but that is not used in Swiss German, 'ss' is
always used instead.
Build the spell library for iOS, too, and don't assume that the system
de_DE dictionary would be usable for de_CH and de_LI. Copy those
dictionaries for inclusion in the iOS app bundle.

Clang's scan-build tool uses the CLANG_CXX environment variable (setting it up
in the scan-build script to pass it to the ccc-analyzer script), but happens to
erroneously set it to a non-existing path (see <https://reviews.llvm.org/D89481>
"[scan-build] Fix clang++ pathname again"). So wrapping LO's autogen.sh and
make in scan-build picked up that broken CLANG_CXX and caused build
failures like
> [CXX] external/skia/source/SkMemory_malloc.cxx
> /bin/sh: ~/llvm/inst/bin/clang-12++: No such file or directory
(see
<https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2020-October/086113.html>
"Re: llvm/clang static analyzer reports").
So rename CLANG_CXX, and for consistency also CLANG_CC and the various
CLANG_CXXFLAGS_INTRINSICS_*, by prefixing each with LO_.

I wonder wheter we should just include all of instdir/share. Seems
that I have to add more and more of it all the time anyway. I don't
remember why I thought (many years ago) that an app would need just a
subset. (Maybe I thought that an app would not, at least not
initially, have functionality that would use most of the stuff in
shre. But that has changed now.)

...which was at maximum set to GCC's -finline-limit=0 -fno-inline
(solenv/gbuild/platform/com_GCC_defs.mk). Those options were set for debug
builds "since forever", but that looks very much like cargo cult: -fno-inline
"is the default when not optimizing" anyway
(<https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-7.4.0/gcc/Optimize-Options.html>), and it
is unclear to me how -finline-limit=0 should have any impact beyond -fno-inline
(and maybe was present for ancient compilers that only supported -finline-limit
but not -fno-inline?).

But I tested just a few times. If somebody re-starts work on
LibreOfficeLight, and encounter hangs, hopefully they notice this
commit and try to un-comment-out the line in question.
I hadn't noticed that temporaryHackToInvokeCallbackHandlers() thing
before, maybe calling it in the iOS app being developed (in the
"online" repo) is necessary, and would help avoiding the hangs I
occasionally see in it?

Thus it now actually takes a buffer pointer also on iOS, like on Linux
and Android. Less confusing, more uniform. Add a separate iOS-specific
paintTileToCGContext() method to LibreOfficeKitDocumentClass that
takes a CGContextRef. Adapt callers correspondingly. (The
LibreOfficeLight code in particular needs the paintTileToCGContext().)
